The central feeding system is designed using a pipeline vacuum conveying method. The processed plastic raw materials are transported to the central dehumidification dryer system through a reasonably ordered centralized pipeline system, and the dried plastic raw materials are transported to each required injection molding machine. The central feeding system adopts a design method of "dedicated machine dedicated pipeline" to ensure the air transportation of raw materials throughout the central feeding system, and to prevent moisture regain of raw materials after dehumidification and drying. When abnormal noise is generated during centralized supply, it indicates that the equipment parts in the system are damaged or improperly adjusted. The cause should be identified based on the noise location of the supply system parts and maintenance should be carried out immediately.
1. When the hydraulic oil in the lubrication oil tank of the centralized supply system is insufficient, the oil pump will suck in air or the dirt in the filter will be blocked, causing the oil pump to run out of oil, causing bubbles in the oil to discharge from the loading blades and generate noise. The solution is to check the oil level, prevent air intake, and clean the oil filter.
2. Hydraulic oil has high viscosity and high flow resistance, and it is necessary to replace the hydraulic oil verified by the central feeding system.
3. Due to damage to the oil pump, bearing or blade, coupling concentricity deviation may cause noise, requiring adjustment of concentricity or replacement of parts.
4. The directional valve of the centralized supply system is malfunctioning, but its functions still exist, such as valve core wear, internal leakage, burr blockage, and inflexible movement. The solenoid valve malfunctions due to insufficient current, which can also generate noise. The solution is to clean the valve core, replace the worn new parts of the valve core, and maintain a stable and sufficient current.
5. When hydraulic oil flows at high speed, damage to hydraulic components or blockage of pipelines can generate noise.
