In the plastic processing industry, products exhibit phenomena such as shrinkage, silver lines, bubbles, cracking, flow marks, and poor transparency. The main reason for these poor qualities is that the plastic is not completely dried before molding. Engineering plastics, such as PA, PET, PC, PBT, and other materials with strong moisture absorption due to water infiltration into plastic particles, cannot be completely dried by traditional hot air dryers.
Practice has proven that only by reducing the dew point of the drying air to below -40 ℃, while controlling the heat and blowing it over the surface of wet plastic particles, can its moisture content be reduced to below 0.02% before molding. The three machine integrated dehumidification dryer, on the other hand, fully dehumidifies and heats the air in a closed circulation system, and the dry air quickly and completely settles the moisture in the plastic particles, thereby achieving the effect of dehumidification and drying.
